These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to digital products purchased directly from Grounded Studio 555, including through our website, sales pages and checkout pages.
By purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Digital Products
Grounded Studio 555 sells digital products such as journals, workbooks, guides, printable cards and other downloadable resources.
Unless a product page specifically says otherwise:
- all products are digital downloads
- no physical product will be shipped
- products are delivered in PDF or another format stated in the product description
- the exact contents, format and size of each product are explained on the relevant product page
Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.
3. Prices and Payment
The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the product, including applicable taxes where required.
Payments for products sold through our MailerLite checkout are processed securely through Stripe.
Grounded Studio 555 does not directly store your full payment card information.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital products are normally made available after successful payment through the checkout page, download page and/or confirmation email.
Because these are digital products, delivery may begin immediately after purchase.

5. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Consumers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchased online. For digital content, the withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded.
However, the right of withdrawal can be lost when:
- you expressly consent to the digital content being delivered before the 14-day withdrawal period has ended
- you acknowledge that beginning the delivery means losing your right of withdrawal
- confirmation of this consent and acknowledgement is provided to you on a durable medium, such as by email
If these conditions have been met and access to the digital product has begun, you no longer have the statutory 14-day right to cancel the purchase simply because you changed your mind.
This does not affect your legal rights if the digital content is defective, inaccessible or materially different from what was described.
6. Refunds and Problems With a Product
Because our products are digital and may be delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided after delivery has begun where the statutory right of withdrawal has been validly waived.
However, your statutory consumer rights always remain in force.
Please contact us if:
- you received the wrong file
- a file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- the download does not work
- an essential part of the purchased product is missing
- the digital product materially differs from its description
We will first try to correct the problem or provide a working version of the product. Digital content sold to consumers must meet the agreed requirements regarding matters such as quality, functionality and compatibility.

7. Personal Use Licence
Unless the individual product states otherwise, purchasing a Grounded Studio 555 digital product gives you a licence for personal use only.
You may:
- download the files for your own use
- save them on your personal devices
- print copies for your own use
- use the files digitally for your own personal reflection or journaling
You may not:
- resell the files
- redistribute or share the files
- upload the files to shared drives, websites, groups or file-sharing services
- reproduce the products for commercial use
- use the written content, designs or graphics to create products for resale
- claim any part of the product as your own work
- give purchased files to another person instead of purchasing an additional copy
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the original written content, product concepts, designs, graphics, layouts and downloadable materials created by Grounded Studio 555 are owned by Grounded Studio 555 and/or protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Self-Reflection, Wellness and Spiritual Content
Grounded Studio 555 creates products intended to support personal reflection, self-discovery and exploration.
Some products may include topics such as journaling, relationships, emotions, tarot, crystals, moon cycles, rituals, mindfulness or other spiritual and reflective practices.
These products are provided for general informational, educational, personal reflection and, where relevant, entertainment purposes.
They are not:
- medical advice
- psychological or psychiatric advice
- diagnosis
- treatment
- therapy
- legal advice
- financial advice
- a substitute for support from an appropriately qualified professional
Personal experiences, ideas, reflections or practices shared by Grounded Studio 555 are not guarantees that another person will have the same experience or outcome.
No specific emotional, physical, financial, relationship or other result is promised or guaranteed.
10. Individual Results
Every person and situation is different.
Grounded Studio 555 does not guarantee that using a journal, workbook, guide, ritual, tarot resource or other product will produce a particular result.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and use of the information provided.
11. File Compatibility and Printing
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they have appropriate software or equipment to use the file formats stated in the product description.
For printable products:
- printed colors may differ slightly from colors displayed on a screen
- results may vary depending on printer, ink, paper and printer settings
- slight differences in appearance are not considered defects where the product itself has been supplied correctly
Where a product includes several paper sizes, use the file intended for your chosen paper size.
12. Product Updates
Grounded Studio 555 may update, revise or improve digital products from time to time.
Unless specifically stated in the product description, purchasing a product does not automatically give access to all future versions, additions or redesigned editions.
13. Website Information
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and other information accurate and up to date.
Occasional errors may occur.
If an obvious error affects an order, we will contact the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, Grounded Studio 555 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss resulting from the way a customer chooses to use a digital product.
15. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Payment information processed through Stripe is also subject to Stripe's applicable privacy and security practices.

17. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws applicable to your purchase.
18. Changes to These Terms
Grounded Studio 555 may update these Terms when our products, sales methods or legal requirements change.
The Terms that applied when a purchase was made will continue to apply to that purchase.
IMPORTANT CHECKOUT INFORMATION
When purchasing digital content for immediate delivery, the checkout may require you to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
